The public primary school built and fully equipped for the village of Samarifla is a joint work of the Golé Foundations. It is a 6-classroom establishment (from CP1 to CM2) with a director's office, offered by the Golé Foundation during a ceremony organized on Friday, February 21, 2020. In the presence of the enthusiastic population of Samarifla, several administrative and religious authorities from the Marahoué region were present. Secretary of State Epiphane Zoro Bi Ballo, also representing the Minister of National Education, Technical Education and Vocational Training, Kandia Camara, and the traditional chiefs; no one wanted to miss the communion with the former iconic captain of the Ivorian Elephants.
The project initiator, Golé Jean Baptiste of the Foundation bearing his name, promised the construction of several other primary schools bearing the name of the President of the Didier Drogba Foundation throughout Côte d'Ivoire.
