As part of its gender-focused activities, the Didier Drogba Foundation has supported the NGO "Stop au Chat Noir", which launched a sensitization campaign this week on sexual violence and sexism.
On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in Sassandra, 900 students from Goffry High School were sensitized to the dangers of these practices. Workshops were led by Ivorian Taekwondo champion Ruth Gbagbi and former Ivorian international Baky Koné, special guests of the Foundation, addressing gender equality and empowerment of girls through inclusive education.
The Foundation wanted to reward the best students of the school by giving them rechargeable solar bags, school kits, and hygiene kits.
A big thank you to our champions for their involvement in this noble cause.
The Didier Drogba Foundation is dedicated to supporting the most disadvantaged. Since children are the future, they are central to our mission. We deeply appreciate your generous contributions and support.
